Men’s One-Day Retreat
"Masculine Spirituality for the Second Half of Life" - Saturday September 11th 9:30am - 3:30pm, cost is $100, facilitated by Evan Hodkins M.A. M.DIV. Joseph Campbell did a remarkable job of delineating all the stages of the hero’s journey. By mid-life, however, the hero archetype starts to sputter, lose its glamour, as one disappointment after another threatens to deteriorate a man’s soul. The cockiness of the hero is subject to the law of diminishing returns. Come, explore. A gritty day of mystical manliness awaits; click here for more information.

This playshop, for men and women, is about mature men who dare to take the heart's journey and the women who love them. There is no room for cheap shots here. We'll tell deep truths, tenderly rendered, about men who have not betrayed the inner quick of who they are. It's all about finding that masculine flare called joy.
